Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website 200.company and the services described on it. The site is operated by 200 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its address at 2239, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413A, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States ("200", "we", "us"). By using the site, submitting an application or logging in to an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

200 operates a performance marketing business. Partners list offers, services, goods or introduction mandates with us and pay on agreed outcomes, such as cost per lead, cost per action, per call, revenue share or per completed introduction. Traffic is supplied by our own media buying and by approved affiliates who send traffic to listed offers. In some categories, including maritime and logistics, our role is limited to introducing a client to a specialist provider: the client contracts with and pays that provider directly, and we are paid a commission by the provider under a separate written agreement.

2. Business use only

The site and the services are intended for businesses and business professionals. By applying as a partner or an affiliate you confirm that you act in the course of a trade or business and that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share.

3. Applications and accounts

• Submitting an application does not create any obligation on us to accept it. We review every application and decide at our discretion.
• Accounts are created by us for approved partners and affiliates only. There is no self-registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We may suspend or close an account at any time, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or inactivity.

4. Commercial terms are agreed separately

Payout models, rates, caps, attribution, qualifying conditions and payment timing are agreed in a separate written agreement or insertion order before any campaign or introduction starts. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and published figures are illustrative of the business as a whole, not a promise for any engagement.

5. Acceptable use

When working with us, you must not:

• generate or send fraudulent, incentivised without disclosure, bot or otherwise artificial traffic, leads or conversions;
• misrepresent an offer, use unapproved creatives or claims, or imply an endorsement that does not exist;
• violate applicable law or the rules of the traffic platforms involved, including advertising policies of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google;
• send traffic from prohibited sources or geos agreed for a given offer;
• probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or accounts.

6. Compliance

Each party is responsible for its own compliance with laws applicable to its role, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection and, where relevant, sanctions and export rules. We may decline or terminate any engagement that we consider a legal, sanctions or reputational risk.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design and its content belong to 200 LLC or its licensors. Offer materials and creatives remain the property of the party that supplied them and may be used only as agreed for the relevant campaign.

8. Disclaimer

The site and the services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 200 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to the site or these terms. Our total liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars; liability under a signed commercial agreement is governed by that agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
