Privacy Policy
Effective 3 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data 200 LLC ("200", "we", "us") collects through 200.company, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is 200 LLC, 2239, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413A, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. You can reach us at this address.
1. What we collect
- Application data. What you enter in the partner or affiliate application: name, company, email, messenger handle, website and channel links, and the business details you describe (categories, traffic types, geos, volumes, offer descriptions).
- Account data. For approved accounts: email, name, role, a hashed password, and login timestamps. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
- Technical data. IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
- Correspondence. Emails and messages you exchange with the desk.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Why we process it
- To review applications and decide whether to work with you: steps at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To operate accounts and provide the dashboard: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site and the business secure, prevent fraud and enforce our terms: legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)).
- To comply with legal obligations, including accounting and sanctions screening where applicable (art. 6(1)(c)).
3. Where it goes
Application submissions are stored in our database and a notification is delivered to our team via the Telegram messaging service, which processes the notification content on our behalf. Beyond that, data is shared only with service providers that host our infrastructure, with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not share your application with other partners or affiliates without your consent.
4. International transfers
We are a US company and data is processed in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data of EU or UK residents is transferred, we rely on the necessity of the transfer for pre-contractual steps and contract performance (GDPR art. 49(1)(b)) and, with service providers, on their standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
- Applications that do not lead to a relationship: deleted or anonymised within 24 months of submission.
- Account and commercial data: kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as long as required for legal, accounting and dispute purposes.
- Security logs: kept for up to 12 months.
6. Cookies
The site sets a single strictly necessary session cookie ("sid200") used for form security and login sessions. It contains no tracking identifiers and expires when your session ends. Because we use no analytics, advertising or preference cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive the data you provided in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the desk. We respond within one month as the GDPR requires. We do not use automated decision making that produces legal effects about you.
8. US state privacy rights
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights of access, deletion and correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal data as those laws define it.
9. Children
The site is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
11. Contact
